These terms cover your use of ralliedrink.com and anything you buy through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

We verify age at checkout and again at delivery. An adult 21 or older must be present with valid government issued photo identification to accept the package. We do not ship to anyone who cannot meet that requirement, and we do not refund orders that are returned to us because nobody was available to sign.

3. Using the site

We try to show our products accurately, but colors, labels, and packaging can vary from what appears on screen. All products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes, shipping, or any state fees, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

6. Orders, shipping and delivery

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation, and we may decline or cancel any order, including orders that would break alcohol shipping laws.

Alcohol shipping is regulated state by state. We only ship to states where direct shipment to consumers is permitted, and orders may be fulfilled through a licensed retailer or shipper on our behalf. If you order from a state we cannot ship to, we will cancel the order and refund you.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the package.

7. Returns, damages and refunds

Because RALLIE is an alcoholic product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email [CONTACT EMAIL] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are single use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Any promotion is void where prohibited.

The RALLIE name, logo, packaging, photography, video, copy, and site design are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Content you submit

If you send us photos, reviews, tags, or other content, you keep ownership of it and you give us a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use it in connection with RALLIE marketing. You confirm you have the right to give us that license.

11. Third party links

The site may link to sites we do not control, including retailers, delivery partners, and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

12. Disclaimers

The site and our products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes any liability we cannot legally exclude.
